Guest：酒店整体很好，环境很不错。大堂宽敞明亮，房间的自动窗帘遮光性很好，停车场位置很多很方便，停车就不用和别人挤在一起，怕自己的车被挂，也不收费是免费停车的，到前台扫码出车，很方便，配有洗衣间和健身房，空调不需要插电也可以开着，出门带卡走也不怕回来房间很热，小朋友用早餐也是免费的，前台小陈服务也很好。办理入住和退房都很快，酒店大堂配了自动售货机和机器人，从房间里面可以直接扫码购买，机器人送上去，点外卖可以让机器人送上去，很方便

Guest：酒店离市中心比较远，但是离高铁站很近，打车也比较方便?酒店有机器人，外卖快递可以直接送上来，设施也齐全，酒店有健身房洗衣服都是免费的，环境不错很惬意、跑步机、动感单车都配了，酒店对面就有一家小餐馆，去高铁站的方向也有一条街，有水果店，吃饭的，酒店位置很好前台小郭服务很热情！房间乾净整洁，床垫很舒服睡的很香，酒店的室内装饰简约大方，色调搭配非常舒服，这次住的很满意，遇到前台很热情，期间又帮忙安排续住，服务很好，很快，很及时。
Guest：来郴州玩选择了这家酒店环境相当不错！房价也很物美价廉建议提前预订！离高铁站近，走着就可以到，也提供免费的接送高铁服务，前台很贴心，主动帮我预约，房内空间挺大，一进门香味扑鼻很舒服，洗发水非常好用，洗完头发香喷喷还顺滑，前台服务很热情，工作人员小郭服务态度好，房间很大，衞生间宽敞。酒店还提前打电话问房间要求，超级贴心。早餐也不错。选择连锁酒店维也纳一直是我的首选，住起来很安心，下次有机会还会来这家酒店，非常推荐！
